Most likely the only way to manually configure your APN for MMS to work is to Jailbreak your iPhone. Red Pocket must not support MMS for iPhone similar to H2O (ATT MVNO). I'm under the impression it is Red Pocket who won't let you manually configure the iPhone not the fact it is an iPhone 5C. MMS won't work except to iPhones and I can't manually configure apn settings.īottom line is there anyone out there who actually has an iPhone that doesn't allow for APN manual configuration that has figured out a way to get MMS working (everything else works fine incuding data). I had contacted Apple and Redpocket tech support who tried a million things most of which I had already tried to no avail. On the Red Pocket website link to configure GSM it states MMS won't work on iphones you can't manually configure (now I find this out) However I bought an iPhone 5C and mms won't work (but will work to MMS to other iPhones only)

I have the Red Pocket plan AT&T and MMS worked fine on my Android (Amazon Fire Phone) I hope someone can help a senior citizen.
